Website Terms of Use
Applicable to the site www.sparklin.io — last updated: July 20261. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms") set out the terms and conditions under which Sparklin makes the website www.sparklin.io (hereinafter "the Site") available to internet users, as well as the conditions of access to and use of the Site. The purpose of the Site is to present Sparklin's products and services (connected charging stations and sockets, supervision applications) and to enable contact with the company.
Access to and browsing of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by any visitor (hereinafter "the User").
These Terms apply solely to the use of the showcase website www.sparklin.io. They do not apply to the use of the Sparklin mobile applications (Spark-A, Spark-i) or the Spark Pilot supervision platform, which are governed by separate terms of use, available on the Application Terms of Use page.
2. Site publisher
The Site is published by:

3. Hosting
The Site is hosted by:
- OVH SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €10,174,560, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 424 761 419 00045;
- Registered office: 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
4. Access to the site
Sparklin strives to make the Site accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond its control, and subject to any maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the Site.
Sparklin cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability of the Site, whatever the cause, nor for any consequences that may result for the User.
5. Description of services
In particular, the Site allows the User to:
- view information on Sparklin products (Spark 1, Spark Plus, Spark x go-e) and on the Spark Pilot platform;
- read the blog, the white paper and other editorial content published by Sparklin;
- contact Sparklin via the forms provided;
- access, via dedicated links, third-party services operated by Sparklin (the manager.sparklin.io supervision platform, the setup.sparklin.io activation tool, mobile applications), the use of which is subject to their own terms of use.
The Site does not offer any online sales or payment directly on its pages: any order or subscription to a Sparklin offer is handled through a separate commercial process.
6. Forms and requests
Certain pages of the Site (in particular "Contact" and "White paper") offer forms allowing the User to send information to Sparklin (name, email address, message, and where applicable company or stated need). This information is used solely to process the User's request, respond to them and, where applicable, provide commercial follow-up. It is neither transferred nor sold to third parties.
These forms are protected by an anti-bot verification system (reCAPTCHA) designed to limit automated and abusive submissions.
7. Intellectual property
All elements making up the Site (structure, text, graphics, images, logos, photographs, videos, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of Sparklin or its partners, unless stated otherwise.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, whether total or partial, of these elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Sparklin and may constitute an infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
8. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data collected via the Site (forms, audience measurement) is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act. Details of the data collected, its purposes, recipients and retention period are set out in our Privacy Policy.
The Site places technical cookies necessary for its operation, as well as, subject to the User's consent collected via the dedicated banner, audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics). These allow the Site's traffic to be analysed for statistical purposes; they are only placed after consent and can be refused or withdrawn at any time. In accordance with applicable regulations, the User has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of their data, and the right to data portability, which they may exercise by writing to contact@sparklin.io. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
9. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites over which Sparklin has no control. Sparklin accepts no liability for the content of these sites or for any consequences that may result from their consultation or use by the User.
10. Liability
Sparklin strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on the Site, but cannot guarantee its completeness or that it is free of errors. The User acknowledges that they use this information at their own risk.
Sparklin cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from access to the Site, its unavailability, or the use made of it, in particular in the event of malfunction, incompatibility with the User's equipment, or failure of the Internet network.
11. Amendment of these Terms
Sparklin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, in particular to adapt them to changes in the Site or in the applicable regulations. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date the Site is consulted.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, under ordinary law conditions.
