Data collected and purposes
The Site collects personal data only when the User voluntarily submits it via one of its forms, or automatically for audience measurement purposes.

These forms are protected by an anti-bot verification system (Google reCAPTCHA), which analyses browsing behaviour to distinguish a human user from an automated submission.
Legal basis for processing
The processing described above is based, depending on the case, on:
- the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the User's request (response to a contact or quote request);
- Sparklin's legitimate interest in following up commercially with its prospects;
- the User's consent, for the placement of audience measurement cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
Data recipients
The data collected is intended for the Sparklin team and is transmitted, solely for the technical needs of its processing, to the following providers:
- Supabase — hosting of the request (lead) database;
- Brevo — sending of transactional emails and, where applicable, registration on a commercial contact list;
- Google (reCAPTCHA, Analytics) — anti-abuse protection of forms and audience measurement;
- OVH — hosting of the site (see the Legal Notice).
These providers only use the data transmitted for the performance of the services provided to Sparklin and are not authorised to use it for other purposes.
Retention period
Data from forms is retained for the time necessary to process the request, then, for commercial prospecting purposes, for a period of three (3) years from the last contact with Sparklin, in accordance with CNIL recommendations on the matter.
Transfers outside the European Union
Certain providers (notably Google, for reCAPTCHA and Analytics) may process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by the safeguards provided for by applicable regulations (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and data exchanges via the forms are encrypted. Sparklin implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Rights of individuals
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act, every individual has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability with regard to their data.
These rights may be exercised by writing to contact@sparklin.io, specifying the purpose of the request and enclosing, if necessary, proof of identity.
It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) — www.cnil.fr.

Modification of this policy
Sparklin may amend this privacy policy, in particular to adapt it to legal, regulatory or technical developments. The version in force is the one published on this page.
