Spark Plus — 3.7 kW connected socket
In the vast majority of cases, no. The Spark Plus runs on a standard 16A circuit, which is present in almost all commercial and residential installations. Spark Pilot's load balancing also ensures that the combined consumption of your charging stations never exceeds your subscribed power, even when several vehicles are charging simultaneously. Our experts carry out an audit of your installation before any deployment to confirm compatibility.
At 3.7 kW, the Spark Plus delivers around 3.7 kWh per hour of charging. A vehicle with a 40 kWh battery (such as the Renault Zoé) charges fully in 10 to 11 hours. A vehicle with a 75 kWh battery (such as the Tesla Model 3) recovers around 33 kWh in 9 hours — enough to cover an additional 200 to 250 km of range. For a company car park or a tourist accommodation, this pace is perfectly suited to real parking durations.
Yes. Spark Pilot supervises the entire fleet of charging stations, regardless of the installed power. You can deploy Spark Plus units for the majority of spaces and a few 7 or 22 kW stations for use cases requiring faster charging — load balancing applies to the whole fleet, and you manage everything from the same interface.
The Spark Plus is fitted with a Type E socket, the domestic standard. It is compatible with all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles sold in Europe, without exception.
The MID certification of the integrated meter allows Spark Pilot to automatically calculate the amount to be reimbursed each month according to the rate set by the company. Each kWh consumed is measured and timestamped in a legally enforceable way. These reimbursements are exempt from social security contributions, with no approximation or tax risk. The data can be exported directly to your payroll software.
The Spark Plus is continuously supervised by Spark Pilot. Anomalies are detected automatically and an alert is sent to the site manager and to the Sparklin technical team. The vast majority of incidents are resolved remotely through remote maintenance, with no physical intervention. When an on-site intervention is required, Sparklin's network of certified partners ensures rapid handling across the entire country.
Spark x go-e — 7–22 kW accelerated charging station
The 22 kW version requires a three-phase connection. The 7.4 kW version runs on single-phase 32A, compatible with most existing commercial installations. Our experts systematically check your site's electrical configuration before recommending the appropriate power. If you anticipate a future increase in needs, the station can be installed as three-phase and limited to 7.4 kW from Spark Pilot, making it easy to change the power without having to redo the installation.
Yes, with no constraints whatsoever. Spark Pilot manages heterogeneous fleets with different power levels on the same site. Load balancing automatically adapts to the real configuration, whatever the combination of installed charging stations.
At full power, the Go-E 22 kW delivers around 22 kWh per hour. A few examples: Renault Zoé 40 kWh — full charge in under 2h; Peugeot e-208 50 kWh — charge to 80% in 1h45; Tesla Model 3 75 kWh — recovery of 40 kWh (250 km) in under 2h. Note: the charging power accepted also depends on the vehicle's onboard charger — some models are limited to 7.4 kW or 11 kW even on a 22 kW station.
The Spark x go-e is fitted with a Type 2 S socket or cable, the universal European standard. For vehicles that accept 22 kW three-phase (Renault Zoé, some Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen), charging is done at full power. For vehicles limited to 7.4 kW or 11 kW in AC, the station automatically adapts to the maximum power accepted by the vehicle.
Yes. Certified IP66 and IK08 and designed to operate from -25°C to +40°C, the Spark x go-e is built for outdoor installation in all weather conditions found in Europe.
As with the Spark Plus, Spark Pilot continuously monitors the status of each Go-E station. Anomalies are detected and reported automatically. The majority of incidents are resolved through remote maintenance. When a physical intervention is required, Sparklin's network of certified partners intervenes on site within the timeframes defined in your service contract.
Spark Pilot — Supervision platform
Yes, access to Spark Pilot is included with every Sparklin charging station. A monthly subscription applies for advanced features and large fleets. Our teams will present the pricing terms tailored to your configuration when preparing the quote.
Yes. Spark Pilot was designed for multi-site management. You can centralize all your installations — whether company car parks, hotels or industrial sites — in a single account, with differentiated access rights by site and by user profile.
The Spark Pilot Partner API makes it possible to create a gateway with a third-party environment: ERP, payroll software, CSR reporting tool, HR platform. It is available on request and comes with detailed technical documentation. In particular, it allows charging-cost reimbursements to be automated directly into payroll flows, or reporting tools to be fed with consumption data.
No. The data on the Spark Pilot platform is encrypted and hosted exclusively on servers in France. Sparklin scrupulously complies with the GDPR and the recommendations of the CNIL. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The regular security audits carried out by TMG's teams guarantee the integrity of the platform over time.
For a fleet of OCPP-compatible charging stations connected to the network, migration is generally completed within a few hours to a few days depending on the size of the fleet. Our technical teams support the migration and configure load balancing, user communities and the pricing policy from the moment it goes live.
Yes. The Sparklin app is available on the App Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android). It lets users start and stop their charging sessions, track their consumption in real time and pay directly from their smartphone.
Remote employees
The Spark Plus is connected directly to the home's electrical circuit and detected as a dedicated source by its integrated MID meter. It measures only the energy it delivers to the car itself. The household's consumption (lighting, appliances, etc.) is not included in the metering.
The vast majority of residential installations are compatible. The Spark Plus runs on a standard 16A circuit, present in almost all homes. Our certified IRVE installer partners carry out a preliminary assessment at each home to confirm compatibility and identify any adjustments that may be needed.
The employee's access is deactivated within seconds from Spark Pilot, with no physical intervention on the station. The socket remains installed at the home and can be reassigned to another employee or recovered according to your internal policy.
Yes, entirely. The Spark Plus is compatible with all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles sold in Europe, regardless of how the vehicle is held (long-term lease, lease purchase, ownership). Consumption tracking is linked to the charging station, not to the vehicle.
Yes. The 2019 Wargon law (the "right to plug in") requires landlords not to oppose the installation of a charging point in the private areas of the home. The employee must inform their landlord by registered letter. Our teams support this administrative process if necessary.
Yes. The installation of home sockets as part of a corporate mobility policy may be eligible for support schemes (regional grants, CEE (energy savings certificates) schemes). Sparklin supports its clients in identifying and assembling these applications together with its certified IRVE installer partners.
